This page contains important information regarding the warranty for snowboard and ski products. Please be sure to read it for your safe enjoyment.
In normal usage conditions, if a defect occurs due to manufacturing issues during the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge (if repair is difficult, we will replace it with an equivalent item. The decision to repair or replace will be made by us).
Please note that the quality guarantee will not apply in the following cases, even during the warranty period:
If you cannot present this warranty certificate when requesting repair or replacement.
If the serial number (manufacturing number) engraved on the board is altered or intentionally damaged.
Damage caused by fire, natural disasters, or other catastrophic events.
Damage due to improper storage (such as prolonged exposure to high temperatures, high humidity, or direct sunlight).
If unreasonable modifications or repairs are made at the customer’s discretion.
Damage caused by excessive shock or unnatural force applied during use or transportation, or damage resulting from misuse or incorrect operation.
Damage resulting from natural deterioration or wear of consumables.
Products obtained through parallel imports or personal imports from outside Japan.
Damage due to improper binding installation or accidents caused by using bindings from other brands.
Damage to the board that occurs while sliding on surfaces other than snow, such as rails or boxes.
Any other cases where the cause of failure is deemed to be the customer’s usage method.
The warranty period is determined based on the purchase date. Please ensure that you register for the warranty promptly after purchase.
The warranty period is limited to 24 months from the date of purchase. If you have not registered for the warranty, the warranty period will be set for 24 months from November 1st of the product’s release year.
This warranty is only valid for defects occurring within Japan.
